I recall myself at a crossroad during my career crisis, that was when I stumbled into the world of property, and I believe that my experience has been helpful in making me a wiser and more empathetic person towards those caught in similar situations.

  • Why did you decide to choose the property industry as a career and not some other industry?
  • What helps you stay motivated to staying on the property business despite the difficulties you face , from getting a RES license to seeing results in your property business?
  • What do you enjoy most in the process of clinching a closing? Is it market research, cold calling leads, preparing home staging or connecting with the buyer/seller, etc?
  • Is there a heartfelt story behind helping your clients build their home?
